All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Arizona team. You will work under a BCBA to implement ABA therapy plans and support individuals with ASD in home-based settings.

This part-time/in-home role offers flexible scheduling, data collection using Central Reach, collaborative teamwork, and opportunities for certification assistance. Reliable transportation and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
