Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA services for children diagnosed with autism. The position offers a flexible schedule and a pay range of $22.00–$30.00 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus.

You will apply behavior-analytic strategies, collect and submit data, and maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. This role operates under the guidance of a BCBA and supports ongoing growth into Lead RBT or Full Time RBT

Qualifications

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Collect data and submit it on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
• Work under the guidance of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services.
• Use ABA strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and upload data to the electronic system.
• Communicate with families and supervisors regularly.
