Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and maintain data during sessions in a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment.

The role is part-time (10–15 hours/week) with a flexible schedule, requiring at least 4 days per week for 4 hours daily after 3pm; transportation to client locations is required and a RBT certification is preferred or 60

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Must meet age 21; 60 college credits OR 6 months of relevant experience OR an active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children in home and community settings.
• Track and document client progress during each session using electronic devices.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
