Job summary
A leading autism support organization based in Lowell, MA is hiring part-time Behavior Therapists to provide individualized in-home ABA services. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma, experience with developmental disabilities, and a passion for helping children with autism. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy, tracking client progress, and supporting families utilizing ABA techniques. The position offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and benefits including health insurance and paid holidays.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old or older with reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and authorized to work in the U.S.
Commitment to clients for at least 6 months.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to clients.
Support parents/caregivers with the behavior plan.
Collect data on skills and behaviors for progress monitoring.
Communicate concerns and progress with family and supervisors.
Complete RBT training and exam within 90 days of hire.
