Job summary
A private organization providing behavior therapy services in Massachusetts is seeking part-time Behavior Therapists to deliver in-home ABA services. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, be passionate about working with children with autism, and have reliable transportation. This role offers flexible hours, extensive on-the-job training, and the opportunity to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Qualifications
Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
CPR certified (will allow 2 week timeline after hire to obtain).
Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
Work 1:1 with clients using individualized ABA techniques.
Support parents/caregivers in implementing behavior plan tactics.
Collect data and conduct discrete trials to monitor progress.
Communicate concerns and progress to clients' families and supervisors.
Complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training and pass the exam.
Skills
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
Valid CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Background check pass
Enthusiasm for working with children/adolescents
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Associate's Degree in Human Services, Education, or Psychology (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis or Social Psychology (preferred)
