Job summary

A community-focused organization is seeking part-time Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for clients with autism in Malden, Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification required within 2 weeks after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to clients with autism.
• Support and guide parents/caregivers in implementing behavior plans.
• Collect data on client progress and objectives.

Skills

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to pass a background check

Enthusiasm for working with children/adolescents with autism

Bilingual (Creole speaking)

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
