Job summary

The Treetop offers in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and related needs across several states. You will deliver evidence-based ABA interventions in clients’ homes, collect data, and report progress under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; commit to obtain within 60 days with pay/reimbursement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and CPR/First Aid certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians on progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA programs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate with clients, families, and team members.
