Job summary

The Treetop in Hobbs, NM is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA interventions and track client progress under supervision. You will work closely with BCBAs and families to ensure individualized, evidence-based care in a home setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and RBT certification is preferred with a commitment to obtain it within 60 days; training is paid, with opportunities for advancement and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; willing to obtain within 60 days with reimbursement and pay increase.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistent therapy programs.
• Provide feedback to parents regarding daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy plans.
• Develop behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Communicate with clients, families, and team members for effective therapy.
• Be open to feedback and learning; work in team or independently.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
