Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis interventions in clients’ homes. You will collect data and work under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision to ensure therapy effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred, with commitment to obtain within 60 days and paid certification cost reimbursement.
• Candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to parents about daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
