Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking an in-home Behavior Technician in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis interventions in clients’ homes, collecting and analyzing progress data under BCBA supervision, and ensuring therapy is tailored to each child’s needs.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and willing to obtain RBT certification. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred with 60 days commitment.
• Experience with ABA or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy effectiveness.
• Communicate progress to parents and guardians.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to support therapy.
• Be receptive to feedback and work in a team or independently as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
