Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Thornton, Colorado seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, in home and community ABA sessions. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help implement care plans.

This part-time in-person role offers flexible scheduling with travel as required, with pay in the range of $22–$28 per hour and benefits such as paid time off, training, and professional development.

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
