Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will work alongside a BCBA to implement ABA therapy plans and help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with the BCBA to develop behavior intervention plans. Flexible, part-time/in-home hours are available with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
