Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC in Tenafly, NJ seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and support skill development across communication, social, and daily living areas, while adhering to BACB guidelines. The position is part-time and requires travel to client homes with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; must obtain within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes or centers and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Record client progress using electronic data systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs across communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Communicate with clients, families, and clinical staff.
