Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking motivated individuals for part-time in-home ABA services to support children with autism. You will work 15-20 hours weekly, weekdays after school, under the supervision of a BCBA and receive ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA programs, collecting progress notes, collaborating with families, and ensuring consistent behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs of the keiddo (sic: child).
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
