Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs, collect data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive family setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB database.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma.
• Reliable transportation and own means to travel to clients' homes.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
