Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA services for children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. Join a supportive team focused on developing communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

Schedule is 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday with day shifts; weekends as needed. We offer PTO, flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and supervision by experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
