Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA team. You will work 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday with day shifts and occasional weekends, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement ABA therapy programs, teach functional skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent progress. We value professional development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma.
• Reliable transportation and background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills and daily living tasks.
• Complete progress notes in data system and share with families.
