Job summary

Heartlinks ABA offers part-time in-home ABA services across Georgia. You will work 15–20 hours per week, providing therapy under supervision of a BCBA, focusing on communication, social interaction, and daily living skills for children with autism spectrum disorders.

The role emphasizes flexibility with scheduling, opportunities for growth, and support for pursuing BCBA supervision or degree advancement. Prior experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
