Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a passionate, reliable individual to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week after school, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and are comfortable traveling to homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
