Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and at the center in Riverside, CA. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings
