Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a personable individual to provide in-home ABA services for children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement therapy plans, track progress, and support families in applying skills at home and in the community.

The role requires an active RBT credential, a clean background check, and reliable transportation. Flexible part-time hours offer opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
