Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring for part-time ABA technicians to deliver in-home services under BCBA supervision across Georgia. You will implement personalized ABA programs, track progress, and collaborate closely with families to support each child’s development.

We offer flexible, after-school hours with 15–20 hours weekly, opportunities for advancement, and supervision from experienced BCBAs to foster your growth in the field of ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help kiddos meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
