Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, and document progress in our data system, collaborating closely with families to ensure consistency and success.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma, and have an active RBT certification, with reliable transportation and a background in working with children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
