Behavioral Health Works is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement behavior support plans, teach communication and social skills, and track progress with data collection under BCBA supervision.

Role requires at least 21 years old, 60 college credits or relevant experience, or an active RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home, school, & community-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs under supervision.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
