Supervised Fieldwork for BCBA

Job summary

ABA Home Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field, and an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavior issues.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Experience working in home settings; valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of plans.
• Provide regular progress updates on treatment goals.
