Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking experienced caregivers to join our in-home Behavioral Therapy team as Registered Behavior Technicians (Experienced). You will support children on the Autism Spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA-based interventions 1:1 in a home setting.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible hours, and mileage reimbursement, with BCBA supervision for RBT certification if applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant & professional experience.
• Current hands-on CPR certification (BLS American Heart Association).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable per state/client requirement.
• Effective communication skills; English may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/Program Supervisor.
• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.
• Work with clients, families, and communities to implement client treatment plan.
• Complete and document session per policies and procedures.
• Attend and participate in in-service training.
• Uphold the ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Playtime is learning time; having fun is expected as well.
