Job summary

Level Ahead is growing and seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive team focused on client growth and positive outcomes. You will work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a BCBA, while maintaining detailed notes in our data system.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Professional, dependable and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings.
• Implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA.
• Take session notes and track client progress using our data system.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and team.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families.
