Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor in home and community settings, helping families reach their goals.

Responsibilities include data collection using Rethink software, timely reporting to analysts and coordinators, and maintaining accurate progress notes to monitor client progress. Opportunities for professional development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators to report progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
