Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services, track progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to translate treatment plans into everyday skills.

The role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development, with a schedule that can be full-time or part-time in the Fenton, MO area.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT, provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in individual sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
