Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home and community settings with children and young adults who have autism. You will receive guidance from a BCBA and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans.

The role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development. This is a part-time position with a schedule from Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification if needed.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with the supervising BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Attend team meetings and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Contribute to ongoing training and development opportunities.
