Skyward Spectrum seeks a highly experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy for a child in Appling, GA and surrounding areas.

You will work in home, school, and community settings, delivering 1:1 instruction under a BCBA supervisor and traveling to client homes. Ideal candidates have 12+ months ABA experience and are prepared to obtain or maintain RBT certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification preferred or willingness to become certified within 30 days.
• 12+ months of ABA experience working with children with autism.
• Ability to travel to client homes and community settings.
• Clear background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA practices.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Travel to client homes and collaborate with BCBA.
• Collect data and log hours accurately.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and communicate with families.
