Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings in Georgia. The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with Monday–Friday schedules and optional weekends, flexible availability, and travel to client homes.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA instruction, implement BCBA-created plans, and track data while coordinating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities.
• Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and engage in physical activities.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Experience working with children.
• 18 years of age.
• Must be punctual and professional.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill data and log hours accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
