Skyward Spectrum in Augusta, GA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct, in-home ABA therapy to clients. You will deliver 1:1 instruction in home, school, and community settings, travel to client residences, and collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and their families.
• Technologically proficient with Apple and/or Android devices.
• 18 years of age and able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work with BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect data and log hours accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
