Job summary

Skyward Spectrum seeks a dedicated RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client in Appling, GA. You will deliver 1:1 instruction and implement plans under a BCBA supervisor, traveling to client homes to support learning and behavior goals.

Qualifications include High school or equivalent and RBT certification or willingness to certify within 30 days; strong compassion, reliability, and experience with children are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to become certified within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and families.
• Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work with BCBA supervisor to apply ABA principles and procedures.
• Collect data and input hours accurately.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment.
