Job summary

Skyward Spectrum seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings in Augusta, GA. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and travel to client homes, documenting progress with data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification preferred or willing to become certified within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
• Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices.
• 18 years of age.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
• Empathy, integrity, and a positive upbeat energy.
• Personal means of transportation; willing to travel.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Remain stationary 50% of the time.
• Move around home, playground or environments to engage in ABA therapy.
• Ascend/descend stairs or ladders for gross motor activities.
• Experience/Education in related fields preferred.
• 6 months of ABA experience with children with Autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA best practices.
• Implement treatment plan under BCBA supervision.
• Travel to client homes.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement teaching procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions and log hours.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment.
• Take detailed session notes.
