Skyward Spectrum provides in-home ABA therapy and seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct 1:1 therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. Roles involve travel to client homes, collaborating with a BCBA supervisor, and maintaining accurate session data.

The team values empathy, reliability, and a commitment to high clinical standards, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and families.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA best practices.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Record detailed behavior and skill data on an electronic device.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
