Skyward Spectrum seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings. You will deliver one-to-one instruction under a BCBA supervisor and travel to client homes to implement treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days, a high school diploma, and strong empathy, patience, and reliability. You will be part of a supportive team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligible within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with complex cases and physically aggressive behaviors.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
