Job summary

Skyward Spectrum in Georgia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in Burke County. You will deliver one-on-one instruction in homes, schools, and community settings under a BCBA supervisor.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to travel to client homes; RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days. Part-time daytime/evening options, with potential for full-time, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with children and families.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Experience with or willingness to learn ABA mechanics under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work with BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect data during sessions and log hours accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
