United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA sessions across Colorado. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

We support earning your RBT certification and offer pathways for growth within the team. Flexible scheduling includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to advance into trainer or BCBA roles as you grow.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete it.
• Experience with kids in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and initiative is essential.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Team player open to feedback and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child’s home under BCBA supervision.
• Follow each child’s individualized treatment plan.
• Collect accurate data on behaviors and skills.
• Help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with supervising BCBA; attend trainings and team meetings.
• Keep interactions ethical and professional.
