Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring RBTs and BTs in Colorado to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll follow individualized plans, collect data, and help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
