United Care ABA in Colorado is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and their families. Join a mission-driven team with training and mentorship to help you grow in the ABA field.

We offer flexible after-school, evening, and summer hours, with competitive pay and pathways for advancement. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided to help you complete RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in schools, camps, daycare, or related settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
• Reliable team player with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification with company support.

Responsibilities
