Job summary

United Care ABA in Colorado is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home sessions across the state. The role supports clients in their homes, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities to pursue RBT certification.

We offer flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on growth, teamwork, and reliable scheduling. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to complete it.
• Experience with kids in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and supervision.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child’s home under BCBA supervision.
• Follow each child's individualized treatment plan.
• Collect accurate data on behaviors and skills.
• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain ethical and professional interactions with families and supervisors.
