Job summary

Vibrant ABA in Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Colorado. This role includes paid training, ongoing clinical support, and a flexible schedule that fits your availability.

You will work with a BCBA-developed treatment plan, help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and record session data for progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus).
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Colorado.
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule.
• Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
