Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado in Colorado is hiring BTs and RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling with in-home work now and center-based opportunities down the line, along with competitive pay and strong clinical support to prevent burnout and promote growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
