Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is looking for caring, motivated RBTs to join our team and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across Colorado. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans and collecting session data to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, both full-time and part-time positions, health insurance, paid time off, a referral program, and ongoing BCBA support for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data electronically.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
