United Care ABA in Colorado is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families. This mission-driven team focuses on delivering compassionate ABA services in a collaborative environment.

You'll join a flexible, growth‑oriented workplace offering after-school, evening, and summer hours, with mentorship from experienced BCBAs and opportunities to advance toward lead roles or BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting.
• Passion for helping kids grow, learn and thrive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Openness to training, feedback and continuous learning.
• Availability for after-school hours, summer schedules, or flexible part-time opportunities.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to complete certification.
