Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Manchester, NH seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism through in-home and community ABA services. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and assist in care plan development while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understand HIPAA and confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans.
• Attend educational workshops and participate in professional activities.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
