Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism through in-home and community ABA services. You will implement plans under supervision and help clients develop new skills.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining confidential records while adhering to HIPAA. This position offers flexible schedules with hourly pay ranging from $19 to $26, and benefits

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Understanding of HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
