Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in‑home and community ABA services. This part‑time role offers meaningful impact and the opportunity to grow skills in behavioral health while working closely with a BCBA supervisor.

You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
Collect data on client behavior during sessions
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination
