Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Manchester, NH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA services. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.

This part-time, in-person role requires HIPAA awareness, strong teamwork and communication. Travel is 100% with reimbursement, and the schedule is afternoons Monday through Friday, about 15 hours per week. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
